Refund policy
OVERVIEW
We hope you love the products you receive just as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we have a 14-day return window to submit your return request.
If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, please ensure that you explain the reason/s for the delay, including any steps you have taken to submit the return request or any other reason you think Creadaptic should take into account in considering whether to accept your return request out of time.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- The item/s must be unwashed and not put through a dryer.
- The item/s must not be covered in animal/human hair.
- The item/s must not be covered in glitter, powder, skin cells or other matters.
- The item/s must not have strong odours or smells like smoke, cologne, detergent, scented sprays, body odour or the like.
- The item/s must not have markings or other stains (such as deodorant).
- You must attach the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will not accept returns, including issuing refunds, on any water bottles, supplements, socks or any other products that may raise hygiene concerns.
Any discounted items cannot be returned for a refund.
To start a return, you can log into your account or contact us at support@creadaptic.com. Please ensure your order number and email address is included which can be found in your order confirmation email.
Please allow for 5-7 business days for us to process your return request. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
At this time, we do not cover the cost of return shipping. You may be liable for a 2% restocking fee.
Damages and Issues
Think your order is not quite right? Please get in contact with us immediately if you believe the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
A couple of examples can include:
- A manufacturing fault.
- A product that has been damaged during transit.
- A product which is significantly different from the description or image.
General wear and tear over time does not apply.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
